All copyright in the sound files you upload and the stems (sound) you receive in fulfilment of your order will be owned by you. We will have the right to use sound files you upload and the stems delivered to you for further development of the Symphonova Stems-Production Software and the Service. For the avoidance of doubt, Symphonova will have no rights or license to the public performance of the files uploaded or delivered. For more information, please see our Terms and Conditions.
